Garbage transfer station odor deodorization method
Recently, Xiao Deng learned in the market that there are many commonly used odor treatment methods, including physical ion deodorization, adsorption, biological, chemical washing, catalytic combustion, and solution deodorization.
Physical adsorption method: adsorption of malodorous substances by porous media such as activated carbon and zeolite is the most widely used activated carbon. The method is simple in process, and the disposable input is small, but the service life of the medium is short (once the saturation needs to be regenerated or even replaced), the treatment efficiency is unstable, and the treatment efficiency against the high concentration odor is low.
Chemical washing method: chemical reaction between chemical liquid and odor molecules to produce odorless substances to achieve deodorization. This method is effective, but the operation cost is high and there is secondary pollution.
Solution deodorization method: the natural plant deodorant liquid is used to adsorb the odor molecules in the air, and chemical reaction such as polymerization and decomposition with the odor molecules is caused to lose the odor. The method has the advantages of simple installation, short construction period, low investment, low efficiency, and the natural plant deodorant is a consumable product, and the subsequent operation cost is high.
Catalytic combustion method: a method for eliminating organic pollutants by thermal oxidation. The organic waste gas is catalytically burned at a temperature of 200-500 ° C and a residence time of 0.3-0.5 s, and is decomposed into CO 2 and H 2 O, which is suitable for a higher concentration. Organic waste gas.
Biological method: The use of microorganisms attached to the filler in the reactor to degrade the pollutants in the exhaust gas into simple inorganic substances and microbial cytoplasm during the metabolism process. The technology has high deodorization efficiency, complete treatment, simple operation, no secondary pollution and low operating cost, and is called a green deodorization technology.
Ion deodorization method: The use of a specific voltage to convert electrons in the atomic atoms of the air into charged ions. When air passes through the ionization tube, millions of positive ions and negative ions are formed. These ions are accurately calculated and measured to simulate the air environment in natural mountainous areas, and the ion deodorization treatment method is applied to different industries. Such as garbage transfer stations, sewage plants, grease traps, power plants, cigarette factories, textile mills, printing plants, paper mills, steel mills, cement plants, sewage waste treatment plants, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, fragrance plants, Slaughterhouse, etc.
Features of the ion deodorization method: Easy to install in the air conditioning system, fresh air duct system, including air cabinet (Air handling unit (AHU) or PAU (Pre-Cooling Air Handling Unit) pre-cooled air conditioning box), fan tray In the tube (Fan Coil) and in the air-conditioning duct, the release of the ionization tube can control a large number of positive and negative ion groups, actively attacking the polluting gas, and help us improve the quality of the air. It can quickly solve indoor air problems by controlling different indoor environments and targeted pollution sources.
